Time and time again, he has seen anxiety and depression get the best of his peers. Now 2-4 is starting to feel some pressure of his own. From poverty to violence to high crime in his neighborhood, he's been tempted to quit trying.
 
As a big brother with more responsibilities than most, he's beginning to understand that he may have to grow up a lot faster than he thought.

With more than 25 years of experience working with at-risk youth coupled with his own lived experience as an at-risk youth, Darryl takes to heart the mission of his company Committed 2 Win.
 
That is to help transform our at-risk and disadvantaged students into leaders and agents of change.
